Three-step quickstart — sign up, create a document, generate your first chart through chat.
What is VizChat
VizChat is a visual workspace where chat is the primary entry point. You describe the chart, the explanation, or the infographic you want in natural language, and the AI agent builds it directly on the canvas — no manual panel-dragging required.
Unlike traditional BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) or slide software (Notion, PPT), VizChat fuses "chat" and "visual objects" into the same place: a file tree on the left manages your workspace, the AI chat panel sits in the middle, and the canvas workbench occupies the right. Every visual object is a widget you can edit independently.
The three-step quickstart
1. Sign up
Log in with Google or GitHub OAuth. New users automatically get 30 days of Starter trial — no credit card, no extra steps. You can use paid-tier AI generation and BYOK from day one.

2. Create your first document
In the file tree, create a New Storyboard or a New Dashboard — or upload a PDF / paste a URL and let the AI parse it directly.
- Storyboard — step-by-step slides with narration, for explaining something in sequence
- Dashboard — a single static layout on an infinite canvas, for seeing everything at once

3. Generate your first widget via chat
In the chat panel, type a request:
Build me a line chart of user growth for the past 6 monthsThe agent searches the widget library, picks a line chart, and creates it on the canvas with data and styling filled in. You can keep chatting to refine it, or edit the widget directly.
Typical scenarios
- Data dashboards: upload a CSV → generate a multi-chart dashboard
- Quarterly reports: one text prompt → a narrated storyboard, ready to present
