Terms of Service
The agreement between you and VizChat.
Effective date: August 18, 2026
These Terms are an agreement between you and ZenFlow Technology LLC, a Rhode Island limited liability company located at 45 Alfred Stone Rd, Pawtucket, RI 02860, United States ("VizChat", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using VizChat, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
VizChat is an AI-assisted workspace for turning documents and ideas into visual canvases, charts, widgets, and presentations. Features change as the product develops; we may add, modify, or remove functionality.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Tell us at contact@vizchat.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your username and, if you write one, your bio are publicly visible on your profile page. Do not put anything there you would not want public.
Acceptable use
Do not use VizChat to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
- generate content that impersonates a real person or organization, or that fabricates records, documents, credentials, or endorsements presented as genuine;
- generate content that harasses, threatens, or promotes violence or hatred against people;
- generate sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes minors;
- upload or distribute malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account;
- circumvent quotas, rate limits, or billing — including by automating account creation or sharing credentials to exceed your plan;
- scrape or bulk-extract the service beyond what our documented interfaces permit.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload and what you create with VizChat. You grant us the license needed to operate the service: to store, process, transmit, and display your content, including sending it to the third-party providers listed in our Privacy Policy so the product can function.
If you publish a widget or template to a public area of the service, you grant other users the rights necessary to view and use it as that feature intends.
You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload.
AI output
VizChat generates content using large language models. Model output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or fabricated, including output that looks confident and well-formed. It is not professional advice of any kind — legal, medical, financial, or otherwise.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on it or sharing it. We do not warrant that output is accurate, and we make no guarantee that similar prompts produce similar results.
Plans, billing, and credits
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe. Usage consumes credits according to your plan; when credits run out, metered features stop until the next cycle or an upgrade.
Prices may change; we will give notice before a change takes effect for your existing subscription. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Termination
You may stop using VizChat and close your account at any time. What happens to your data on closure is described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the service to you creates a legal or security risk. Where practical, we will tell you why.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZenFlow Technology LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim (or USD 100 if you paid us nothing).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; in those places, the exclusions apply only to the extent permitted.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Rhode Island, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will update the effective date above and notify account holders by email or in-app notice. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Language
These Terms are published in English and Chinese. If the two versions conflict, the English version governs.
